Our maker's warranty
Every Mayuri Paris piece sold on mayuri-paris.ae is made in 18K gold or platinum and is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the delivery date. Should a defect be confirmed, we repair or replace your piece at no cost, collection and return included.
What is not covered: the loss of a stone after a knock, natural wear of the metal and polish, damage caused by misuse, chemicals, or a modification carried out by another jeweler.
Resizing
Rings are made to your size. If it is not quite right, one resizing is complimentary within 30 days of delivery, up to two sizes up or down where the design allows. Beyond that period, or for a larger adjustment, we send you a quote before doing anything.
Repairs, in Dubai
Your piece was made in Dubai, and it is repaired in Dubai, by the same hands. No shipping abroad, no weeks lost in transit: a repair or a resizing usually takes 2 to 3 weeks from the day the atelier receives your piece.
Outside the warranty, every repair, stone replacement or re-polish is possible and is quoted in advance. You decide with the quote in hand.
How to send us a piece
Write to hello@mayuri-paris.ae with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the piece
- A few words on what happened
We confirm whether the warranty applies, or send you a quote. We then arrange a FedEx collection at your address anywhere in the Emirates. Under warranty and for the complimentary resizing, collection and return are on us; otherwise the transport is added to the quote. Please use the original jewelry box when you can.
Lifetime care
Beyond the warranty, our team stays at your side for as long as you wear your piece: cleaning, polishing, checking a setting, replacing a stone. A Mayuri piece is never left without an answer.
