Shipping & Returns

Every piece on mayuri-paris.ae is made to order for you, in 18K gold or platinum, in our Dubai atelier. Nothing is taken from a shelf: your ring is cast, set and polished to your size once your order is confirmed.

Please allow 10 days from your order confirmation to delivery, hallmarking in Dubai included. The estimated date is shown below the "Add to cart" button on each product page, and we write to you the day your piece leaves the atelier.

Need it sooner? Write to hello@mayuri-paris.ae before ordering. Where the atelier's schedule allows, we will do our best to accommodate your date.

We deliver to all seven Emirates by FedEx, with signature on delivery.

• Complimentary delivery on every order, with no minimum.
• 1 to 2 business days after dispatch, Monday to Friday.
• Every parcel is fully insured against loss and damage until it is in your hands.

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your piece is dispatched. Please make sure someone is available to sign: FedEx does not leave a Mayuri parcel unattended.

Prices are shown in AED and include any applicable VAT. There are no customs duties or additional charges on delivery within the UAE.

mayuri-paris.ae delivers within the United Arab Emirates. For a delivery anywhere else in the world, order the same piece on mayuri-paris.com, which ships worldwide.

You may cancel your order free of charge within 72 hours of placing it, as long as production has not started. Write to hello@mayuri-paris.ae with your order number and we refund you in full to your original payment method.

Once your piece is in production it is being made to your specifications, and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Rings are made to your size and cannot be returned or exchanged. If the size is not right, we adjust it: one resizing is complimentary within 30 days of delivery, up to two sizes up or down where the design allows. See our Warranty and repair page.

Earrings, necklaces and bracelets may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with the certificate and any accessories. Write to hello@mayuri-paris.ae with your order number and "Return" in the subject line: we arrange a FedEx collection at our expense and confirm the return in writing. Every return is examined by the atelier on arrival.

Engraved pieces and bespoke creations are final sale.

Refund: to your original payment method, within 10 business days of the atelier accepting the return. Payments made in instalments are refunded through the same provider, which cancels the remaining instalments.

Open your parcel on delivery. If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours with photographs of the piece and its packaging. We collect it, and repair or replace it at no cost to you.
